St George's Pre-school is open term time only, Monday to Friday. Session times are as follows:
8:45am - 11:45am
12:30pm - 3:30pm
We close for lunch between 12:00pm - 12:30pm
Funding
Terrific twos - Free early education for two year olds is a funded scheme that entitles some children to access a place in a preschool, nursery or with a childminder for 38 weeks per year. You must be in receipt of certain benefits to qualify. Find out if you are eligible at www.new.enfield.gov.uk/if/terrific-twos
Nursery Education Funding - allows 3 and 4 year old children to access up to 15 hours of funded early education and childcare with a nursery, preschool or child-minder that is registered to offer free places from the fixed date following their birthday, as follows:
Term 1 - September (birthday 1st April - 31st August)
Term 2 - January (birthday 1st September to 31st December)
Term 3 - April (birthday 1st January - 31st March)

If you are not entitled to Two-year funding, then fees will be payable. Fee's must be paid at the beginning of each week and by bank transfer, if you wish to pay for a month or longer in advance please speak to a member of staff. Fees are paid whether your child attends or not. They are payable up to the end of the term during which your child has their third birthday. After that date, your child receive Nursery Education Funding.
